They have the glute ham and we do roman chair situps off that, they call it something else and can never remember. Like I was saying this place is a little different. They have three trainers that have different goals, cardio, PL and Oly/gymnastic type workouts. They rotate around every 3 months so the work-outs are pretty good rotation of exercises.
Tweaked the back working out to pissed off to write down what I was doing. Work on it tomorrow.

Did that, this is an old injury. I did something stupid big suprise. I going to be off of any weights for at least a couple of weeks due to working out of town. Hotel gyms are not really lifting palaces.
Back injuries suck man. The good news is if you’re going to be out of town for a few weeks you should have plenty of time to heal up.
watch out for those hotel beds and long car rides - they’ll do another number on your back.

Its only a 4 hour ride, but I know for sure what you are talking about. The hotel I stay at has new beds that are firm, it has only been up a year. As soon as it stops spasming where I can touch my toes again and not walk like I am 90 I will just work on my flexibility also for the next 2 weeks.
I guess I need to take my foam roller with me?

I iced it last night, big mistake on my part, I guess just bad day all around. Ice on my back has never worked well, shoulders and knees yes. I am fucking stiff, nothing radiating to my legs I know the bad signs for sure. Hopefully in the morning I can get some rolling in before I travel and some stretches. The hotel has a small gym with machine and treadmills. Looks like two weeks of cardio booo. But I guess I need it.

Yes passion is what drives the love of my life, she has a great sense of humor but I dont think she would in GAL. I could be wrong. To many very young people in SAMA well and Print the dirty old man. I will catch a medical question from time to time that I will help out on otherwise it is soft core porn.

OK, went to SAMA for shits and giggles, and its more of one and not the other, and it wasn’t giggles. Seriously??? These low self esteem buterfaces? Really??? And GAL, I’ll have to do that one a bit more. Not sure what to think of that. As far as me “not killing DJ”, he doesn’t need me to help with that, he does that very well on his own trying to lift the weight of a Yugo.
