Strongest Guy on My Block

Ive been told that my intelligence level mimics a 6th grader, and I was pleasantly surprised! I would have guessed 4th at best

I told her yes we are a boys locker room, but that there are a bunch of really good guys. You know I have yet to ever put something like that in this log or on here. Sure as shit the first time I do her spider senses go off and she checks it.

Sorry a few pages back is the explanation.

Yea a MONTH of this shit. I hate that guy. I am sorry you will NEVER catch Clint Eastwood or Chuck Fucking Norris in a situation like Brady was in for this picture.

He is such a fucking TWAT.

You forgot Im from Indiana and a Colts fan and we have a special place in are heart for the pretty boy.

^ Nope didnt forget.

Took today off from working out, to much work to do here at the house. I may do something in a few hours if I can get this business proposal done. Just have to wait and see.

Friday did the CF today needed to get to work early and work on my proposal

Warm-up push-ups, running, lunges etc

BW X 10 X ring pull ups (I did narrow grip and did more negative than anything not full extention)

20 Medicine ball X 10 X Power clean ball to high wall ball

BW X 10 X Erasers (half burpee)

5 Rounds for time 14:55

Crossfit stuff is pretty sound.

there are some obnoxious parts of their community but most gyms
or kind of gyms have that too.

women respond really well to that kind of training,
and truth be told , the conditioning is no joke.

I just could not get with the classes, group training,
and of course the price in nyc was no joke.

avatar bets are scary

Yes avatar bets are, was looking at one of the workouts there at the gym this morning.

Squats 12 sets of 2 with 80% of 1 RM with 45 seconds between sets and 5 sets of 1 with push press at 90% of 1 RM and 100 meter sprint

They are not a competitive CF where guys are not doing correct form and only worried about beating other peoples time.

I just have to get in shape and I am getting there. Doing this till the fall then I will start doing more heavy weight again.

I always remind myself not a race, goal is to live forever.

It is a race. And I always win

^ Everyone say hi to the wife.

Hi Mrs. DJHT. We hear you are a cutie.

Hola! Well I’m glad you hear good things. He likes to portay me as a raging mexican at times

True. We have feared for his safety on several occasions. Thank you for not killing our friend

Your welcome

Late ot the party.

I’m not a fan of Crossfit. The ideas are sound, it is basically a well-marketed bo0t-camp club, which in of itself is fine. But they are a pretty inflexible all-or-nothing bunch and tend to promote a ā€œeveryone who is not with us is the enemyā€ attitude that rubs me the wrong way. And often the instructors don’t know how to teach proper form for exercises.

Ballistic deadlifts? Really?

And ā€œBurpee the Clownā€ as the mascot? Gimme a break.

Canada while I agree with this to the most part, every situation is different. The guys running this are more level headed. Also one of the trainers is a x PL and strong man kid. So he understands. Balance in everything we have made some good friends there and I am still doing the PL stuff.
