Didnt eat any solid food yesterday just did PW surge and then 5 Metbolic Drive low carb. I am guilty of buying the new Portal 2 game and I didnt want to waste time eating after having to do after work house work. So just drank a shake, put in a dip of snuff and played for 3 hours. [/quote]

I normally do it in 5 rep cycles, you know do 5 reps suck wind for 10-15 seconds do 5 reps repeat. I know I am starting to get into some decent cardio shape because my recoup time is getting better and better.
No work-out today just rest, Protein shakes and flax seed all day today. Off for three day weekend. Legs are sore as fuck from yesterday. Supposed to do Front Squat tomorrow. May have to evaluate that and go do the CF with the wife instead. Also get to go back to the Chiro today at 4:30 for him to put the knife to the shoulder.

True wifes got a Dr appointment in the morning at 9 anyway so I will get up and suck it up. Hate doing legs when I am still sore, got spoiled working out 4 days a week and one big lift a day.

I did 85 pounds, now we are doing it for time, so all these MF are rushing this shit. If I was not going to do it for time I would say start out at 95 pounds. Cause I did of course ass to grass front and back squats.
^ Well not to model underwear that is for sure, but I have gone down a belt hole for sure on the belt for my pants. Clothes are much much more loose fitting around the gut. Still weigh around 240 though kind of happy not losing that.
^ I spent the last couple of years really over eating and lifting heavy. Getting back into the “real” weights. Now I have a decent not great but decent base strength that I can now work off the flap and really get the “look” I want to have. I will say last week I did 5 days of lifting and CF. I AM FUCKING TIRED this week, now that is on top of seriously dieting. All this shit works hand in hand. After next month when we retest the BF % and I have kicked all these guys ass I am increasing the calories and sticking to this schedule for the rest of the year.
I almost have them talked into letting me bring my cage and strong man stuff up the gym. That way I can just go there 4-5 days a week and do my rotations there.
That is something that I really hope to transcend into as well…but it is very hard for me to forgo the multitiude of assistance for something more conditioning oriented.
