Before I forget when started this challenge 2 weeks ago weighed in at 246, weight was 240 Saturday. While I could care less about the scale weight the clothes are feeling loose again and went down a belt hole.
Not really looking at dropping weight, just fat. I dont want to lose any of my strength and just trying to increase my overall health. Honestly I felt the strongest and healthest around 220, but with what I have been supplementing myself with for the past 7 weeks I dont think I can drop a lot of weight anyway.
^ Yea I hate dieting and cardio. But I will say when I do get lighter and eat healthy I just feel a ton better over all and I always have that mental conversation with myself. Do NOT bulk or fall off the eating healthy wagon again. However life gets in the way and I fall back into that rut of lift heavy, eat a lot and drink when I want to.

Hopefully he gets this shoulder fixed I have very, very limited ROM in both shoulders from years of pressing. He is breaking up all the old scar tissue and impingement. Shit hurts but I am in less pain now in the actual shoulder joint and I also have an increased ROM already.
My only suggestion, and I’m not judging, is to stop smoking crack before you train. Even though you did blast through those deads pretty damn fast I don’t think it is healthy long-term.

Damn now thats Speed work…looking good DJ, your form looks excellent, it also looks like you can be pulling a lot more, but you seem to do the 5/3/1 to a tee and not bastardize it like me. Also I think we need to do some geneology research because I really do think we may be related.
Also it may be easier to just open up a youtube acount, just cut and paste the link and the vid automatically appears, uploading it from your PC seems to take forever or doesent show up at all.
There are a couple of Chiro’s on T-Nation that would probably give the true benifit of this. To me it is just like a more intense and hard core Foam roller.

Didnt eat any solid food yesterday just did PW surge and then 5 Metbolic Drive low carb. I am guilty of buying the new Portal 2 game and I didnt want to waste time eating after having to do after work house work. So just drank a shake, put in a dip of snuff and played for 3 hours.

Only on DL and Back squat. I wear nikes for everything else, flipping tires, pushing prowler, bench etc. I like the way I can grip with my toes when doing those two. Weight loss going great I am in the groove now, did a carb loading some on saturday nothing crazy but I was needing it. Believe it or not this morning when I got up I caught my reflection in the mirror in my Bedroom and I think I saw…ABS.
