So DJ if you don’t mind me asking, what does your cross fit gym run a month? I looked into one locally a few years ago and they wanted like $250.00 a month, granted this was awhile ago.

Honestly I dont know. The wife has been paying out of her aocount and she just added me as a family member. I think for both of us it is around $200 a month, be we do get a little discount with friend connection.

Damn, I need to open a CF gym, they gotta be making money hand over fist at that price. Thanks.

Saturday More Running and Shit day

Sit ups X 25
Glute ham back extensions X 25

Okay been out of town for work got home late Friday night and Saturday was up early to work out. Then Mickie had his special olympics (I will post some pics later) and then we went to a friends BD party till midnight last night. I have a confession at this point in time I have not watched the draft past the 1st round. I am going to tell the wife today I am not doing shit, I am tired and I am watching all the rounds 2-7. So if I am not on here for awhile its probably cause I am in the hospital with stab wounds from ignoring the wife.

Welcome back DJ.

LOL, enjoy the draft bro, did you DVR it?

Yes I did so yesterday after I posted that I spent the next 8 hours watching rounds 2-7. The wife went to our friends house to lay out by the pool. So it all worked out.

Monday More sucking the wind out of the room

Warm up Normal stuff running, pushups, stretching etc

40/20 [As many reps as you can in 40 seconds then 20 seconds rest]

115 X Clean front squat

40 DB X walking lunges

BW X Mountain climbers (the picture is the position, so basically switching legs in that position as fast as you can)

Times 4 rounds, was supposed to count the reps, I gave up on that. I know I did total 24 reps on the clean front squat no idea on the lunges or mountain climbers. All I know is my quads were screaming in pain.

I did all the mountain climbers I am ever going to do in boot. You can keep that crap to your self. Eventually you can mountain climb until you pass out, good times.

Man I have never done those until today, after doing PC and lunges I thought I was going to fucking die. My guads were cramping like a motherfucker.

mountain climbers = puke heaven

When I tried out the Built Like a Badass program there was this wickedly evil complexe of mountain climbers, groiners, and burpees. I tasted puke and peed a little in my shorts.

As I was laying there this morning in my pile of sweat and trying to get my legs to stop hurting I was having one of those thoughts of WTF is wrong with me? Kind of the same thought about hour 4 or 5 of getting Ink done. I have issues.

My coach used to tell us you pass out long before you die. Sometimes I wonder.

^ We never did those in football we always did up downs or burbee’s as they are called now.

AND BEFORE ANYBODY ASKS I LOST A BET.

For the football fans I bet fighting fires that Steven Paea would go in the third round of the NFL draft, historically the guys who do the most reps in the bench press of the combine go in later rounds. However Mr Paea went to believe it or not Fighting fires team the bears with one of the last picks of the second round. I basically was off by 4-5 picks. If the team in front of the bears had not picked a d tackle that the Bears really wanted Paea would have gone in the third.

SO since most of the football guys on here know I hate Brady that is my Avi for the next month.
