I’ve seen that kind of bruising here in Taiwan too as people get a bamboo stick rubbed on their body in a most painful looking way.

^ Honestly my shoulder felt more mobile and stronger, not as tight. I get to go back Monday, this Chiro works out and was a wrestler in HS and College. He understands lifters and if he can improve my shoulder so I dont have to get surgery than a little pain and bruising is not a big deal to me.

Okay tried to video the flipping but it was to dark. Oh well.

Okay did it all in 25 minutes. The tire flip at this weight is max effort in my opinion, this will be a slow process to increase # of flips.

Thats one hell of an obstacle course you have set for yourself, nice.

^ No maam I have not cheated on meal I am trying to just get healthy and I feel guilty for not flipping it yet. This coming month is going to suck for work, I will be in and out of town. Going to be hard to stay on the wagon out of town and eat healthy.

I’m going to try those man makers.

Nards it is a full body excercise for sure and it gets you sucking wind pretty quick.

FUCK THAT, that was not 2 reps, that was like 8, thats some crazy stuff!

Heh, the manmakers are similar to the Javorek dumbbell Complexes I used to do a bit of. But they consisted of my whole workout those days, not just a slight part of it, heh, you are more man than I am.

Fuck all kinds of that! Reminds me of those challenges TC (I think) posted a while back.

While at this point I could care less about what time I get done, doing the most weight, correct form and all the reps are driving me.
