Strongest Guy on My Block

^ funny you should say that, when I jump rope and my moobs are jumping is what keeps me motivated to keep doing this for awhile.

Honestly we are not getting any younger, over the last 2 years I have been doing the heavy basic 4 with some assistance exercises. About 8 months ago I started adding the prowler, farmers walks, yoke walks and now tire. I need to get more athletic and I think my lifts will go up and I will be healther.[/quote]

I can totally relate. Time to get more mobile. My kid threw a tennis ball down the driveway yesterday and almost couldn’t run it down, slow and fat is no way to be. Might bust out the prowler tonight myself, it’s supposed to be nice.

^ hahahahaha and no the prowler is an evil evil piece of equipment. Unfortunately it is more challenging and thus more entertaining than running in place or jogging around neighborhood. Also easier on the knees, however it will kick your ass.

A little bit of the prowler goes a loooooong way. Now I’m excited about using it, might need to get a video.

DUUUUUUUUDE!

Welcome to the dark side! We have cookies.

If you’re body is getting enough nutrients (note I didn’t say “calories”), and you sare still maintaining your strength levels, it is metabolically impossible to lose muscle no matter how low your calories go. You will only lose fat.

I, for one, am stoked to see what you can pull off.

^ Cookies I dont want, beer and chicken wings I would hurt someone for. Its all good I have dieted down in the past as low as 175 pounds. Never again of course. We shall see in mid May where I am at.

Wed more circuit training

Hey man I am getting there, humbling experience for sure. The fucking jump ropes on Monday were fucking killing me, the running is not a problem. My fucking calves are still sore from Monday.

Okay finally biting the bullet going to see a chiro that goes to the wifes gym (I guess mine now to an extent). He Is going to do Graston on my shoulder, he gave me quick exam and we have the same diagnosis. Should be interesting to see how much pain I can with stand today at 3.

Graston on the shoulder? What is that?

Im told it hurts like a MF and you will be all bruised up the next day. But better than surgery and can rehab you quicker.

Hmmmmm, let me know how it goes, it actually looks like it might feel good, but Im sure the pressure will be intense!

You will all get a full report and maybe pictures later tonight.

Looks like some kind of Klingon torture device.

Graston on your shoulder… sounds kinky, I like.

Well feels 50% better but here are the results after a couple of hours.

BRO WTF! was that graston thing made out of sandpaper? I like the piece on your back, nice looks kinda like a bio hazard symbol

Nope looked like the picture I posted up there, he rakes that shit along your shoulder. Felt kind of like getting ink, just shorter duration.

Yes I have two biohazard symbols a real one on my neck, the piece on my back is a modified with the writing of Romans 12:2 “I will not conform to the pattern of this world”

Nice bro! Im hoping to get some more work done in a few months.
