Just one of those days man, lower back was tweeked months ago. Been rehabing. That was the first time since December that I put some serious weight on the DL.

I am leaving work early to go to Wal-Mart buy my fish oil and pair of work gloves for the tire flipping tomorrow.

How’d it go?

^ Sadly I got up yesterday morning at 4:30 took a piss and realized trying to pick up the toilet seat that my back was not prepared for the flipping. So went back to bed. :frowning: It will be done oh yes it will.

21 minutes okay time sucked, but I was sucking fucking wind.

Then I went home and trimmed and mowed the grass for 2 hours. Enough cardio for today.
Eaten nothing, 2 Metobolic Drive low carb shakes with 2 scoops and water, and Surge 2 scoops.
Plan to eat about a pound of steak tonight with salad for dinner.

Monday Okay to put on the record we are in the middle of a BF% challenge at my wifes gym (CF). Now I want to win due to the fact that I simply want to win. SSSSOOOO I am changing up the workout for the next 5-6 weeks. Supposed to be deload week, however I am going on the challenge for fat loss. Please guys be gentle on me for doing CF 3 days a week and only PL’ing 2 days a week. :slight_smile:

Now I knew this was coming so I Plumped up before the BF scan at the gym, however it read me at 34% BF. I dont feel like my BF is that high, but it is a contest to see who loses the most. They used a Dexa scan, like the ones used for Bone Density scans and I am not really confident on its accuracy. No matter still got a gut to get rid of anyway.

105 X 10 Military Press (was supposed to be push press but this was to light for that)

150 Jump Ropes (yes fucking 150 jump ropes which at end means 750 fucking jump ropes)

Times 5; for time my time was 20 minutes and change

^ funny you should say that, when I jump rope and my moobs are jumping is what keeps me motivated to keep doing this for awhile.

Honestly we are not getting any younger, over the last 2 years I have been doing the heavy basic 4 with some assistance exercises. About 8 months ago I started adding the prowler, farmers walks, yoke walks and now tire. I need to get more athletic and I think my lifts will go up and I will be healther.
