I haven’t read all the way through yet but… How long have you been using the blast straps and how beneficial do you think they are?

Yea I should. Lord knows that is as far as it would go. There is a strong man gym like 7 miles away, with national competitors.

Since January got them for Christmas from the wife. They kill two birds with one stone, dont have to do planks for Abs if you do these. Honestly I trust Elite with what they promote.
