Thanks. That sounds like a super hard movement. With this being said, I have to try it out.

It is challenging to say the least.

Okay this week back out of town for work. I hate hotels, good news we hired someone and I get to train them this week. Hopefully this is the last trip for a while.

I supposed to have a power rack w/ lat pulldown and low pulley delivered tomorrow night off of craigslist. You may have to help put it together Thursday.

Are you fucking kidding me. I have no problem helping with this. I hope you have some tools though cause I have nothing in my truck after moving. But fuck it I will go buy more if needed.

Was not feeling very good today, not slept more than 4 hours a night this week.

Your training is looking solid. I don’t feel good any day at those early hours you train. Lack of sleep kills the desire to workout and eat well (at least for me).

I really normally feel good at those early hours, I normally end up going to sleep around 9 every night. But I had to fire somebody this week, and the job has kept me busy. Just cant turn the brain off and end up falling asleep aroun 12 or 1 all week. What sucks is when I am tired I live of Coffee and snuff. Which in turn I dont eat enough. Oh well, at least I got my ass up and did something.
