Dude, not that you asked for it, but since using a false grip my MP has steadily increased over the last few weeks from 205/1 to 205/3 and 210/2/1 spoke with Marauder Meat who also gave me some advice of almost pushing the weight a bit out instead of OH and it really helped.

Okay never used a false grip and I have seen that advice from MM in his thread and others. Where are you putting your hands inside rings?
Matty honestly I dont know how much I am going to be able to increase until I get this shoulder fixed. I basically push through the pain, the impingement on my shoulder is not going away anytime soon.
I forgot about the impingement, I have it as well, I believe from bad benching form and all the years of BTN presses, since doing strictly MPs and DB OH presses my shoulder pressing has been largely pain free. I put my pointers on the rings as I seem to do better with a closer rather than wider grip, I also have started using my lats as a shelf.
Mine was doing good until I did those dips a few months ago and it just will not heal up. I know mine was from bad benching and not enough pulling when I was in my 20’s. It will be what it will be, but I will try to false grip and push out more. I only worry about arching my back more with heavier weight.
What I really worked on was doing higher reps with a decent weight also after doing the singles. I was just too tired yesterday and sore.
Thursday More CF today with the wife all I have to do is a business lunch and she is off work.
Warm-up 400 meter run, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups etc
Warm-up for Push Press
135 X 1 X 5
185 X 1 X 3
Working set Push Press
205 X 3 X 3 90 sec rest between sets
45 lb plates (Pinch grip) X Farmers carry’s for 1 minutes
100 lb heavy Bag X Lift to over the shoulder alternate shoulders for 1 minute
50 lb DB X clean and press alternate arm for 1 minute
BW X Row for 1 minute
150 lb X Sled pull for one minute (basically facing sled and pulling to chest, take step back and pull again)
All for three rounds: some type of scoring system basically where you count each rep etc
Ran 1 mile
Done. Went a little light on the Push press was working with a friend of mine and this was his top weight he got them but was probably a PR, since I did MP on Tuesday didnt worry about it.
Now that looks like normal…nice work! gonna get in on the 500 pull race or what?!

Matty after we get back from Vacation we will see, guy in the PL section tom63 pulled 605 weighing 205 that is what I am working for. So getting my weight down and strengthing some of my weaknesses is my goal for the rest of the year. I got a bad back, unfortunate but it is what it is.
Dday man its just circuit cardio, at least this place lets me do some strength training there also.

I will say that on our vacation to Tennessee we were in cabins up in Roan mountain and I thank the lord I have spent some time working on cardio. The wife and I took a hike up the mountain, I would have died 6 months ago. Even my wife who is in great cardio shape was breathing hard and her calves were cramping up.
