50 min 4.6 miles. HR 169, Cal 870. Was going to take a picture of the treadmill but it cleared before I could get it oh well. Back to the weights tomorrow.

BW X 15 X Roman chair situps
BW X 10 X Pull-ups (Ring pull-ups for me) with burpee
4 Rounds for time 17:14 minutes
Monday Memorial day have good one everyone.
Warm-Up 200 meter run, push ups, air squats etc
1 mile run
BW X 100 (only got 75) X Pull-Ups (I still have to do narrow grip ring pull ups)
BW X 200 (Only got 150) X Push-Ups
BW X 300 (Only got 250) X Air squats
1 Mile run
For time 1 hour and 2 minutes.
