Warm Up 400 meter run, push ups, goblet squats, dislocates, foam roll etc
135 X 28 X Back squat
B.W X 28 X Hand release push ups (pick both hands up off floor then do push up)
135 X 28 X Snatch Grip DL
135 X 28 X Pendelay rows
135 X 28 X Sit ups
B.W X 28 Kcals X Rows which works out to about 500 meters
12 minutes, was tired today and this put me on the floor for a good 20 minutes recouping. Didnt get enough calories yesterday.
Plus every day after working out I am doing some form of mobility work and stretching for at least 10-15 minutes.

Yep flipped a few times, but between rain, cold and working out about 30 minutes from the house have not in a few months. I actually moved all my equipment up to the gym so have not worked out at home in months.
Glad to be back on a regular schedule, M,T,T,F and Sat. Need that middle of the week off of everything, fucking tired today though. Driving 5 hours after working yesterday sucks donkey balls.

Time 17:35 minutes this sucked cause it was outside and it was 43 degrees, I know that is not cold for a lot of you guys, but here in the tropics of Houston that is fucking cold.
Edit: forgot my mobility work for the achilles and calf, which sucked to hard to explain just imagine self induced Graston with a kettle bell on your achilles and calf. And then some lying on your side mobility thing for your shoulders. I hate this shit but I have to keep it up to help with all my impingement issues.
