50 X 24 inch Box Jumps
50 X 55 lb Military press (substituted for jumping pull ups)
50 X 53 lb Kettle bell swings
50 X BW lunges
50 X GHR back extensions
50 X 55 lb Military presses
50 X BW GHR sit ups
50 X 20 lb MB wall balls
50 X Burpees
200 X Jump ropes (sub for 50 double unders)
40 minutes

No issues stabilizing, wear wrist wraps and shoulder feels good as long as I dont go to wide.
I just grab a dumbell or kettlebell 70 lbs and do about 10 of these and stay at the bottom in this position to stretch out the ole backside.

Knuckle dragging guy who always looks pissed off. Most of the crew I lift with are actual friends so they know me, the rest I just could care less.
Not to be a dick to people, but I am not all warm and fuzzy when you first meet me. Especially at CF gym, dont know who is bat shit crazy or who actually understands weight lifting.
