Yea Dday the weather was awesome, we had one day with a little rain, Costa Maya and it was done at noon.
I really am going to be on the wagon for a few months, I burnt myself out on the Alcohol.

Matty last year at this time I tried to rep out at 135 and only got to 14, so yea the CF stuff has definitely helped in some areas.

Done, my eventual goal is to PC 315 and then maybe even Push Press.
I have had to come to the realization after many, many back injuries that some lifts are just not going to be my bread and butter. Mainly DL, I just can not go heavy very often on DL.
But I have the levers for Squat, MP and hopefully someday I can bench again.
