KB’s are one of the thigns I think everyone should do in some form or fashion but I never can figure out where to work them into all the other stuff I need to do.

They are good to do KB swings before DL to warm up. Are also good after DL or Squat to finish off as accessory.

I only swing it to eye level, CF does stupid shit and there learning curve is in effect. I have no idea why they swing that to straight up over there head.

Other things like the Goblet carries are good as accessory on back day, also one leg DL are another good accessory after DL or Squat day.
