Really liking the strongman type stuff. Thats a good reason to lift at a CF type gym even if you don’t want to do CF.

Yea plus gets me more quality time with the wife.
My Tues/Thur/Sat of working on my cardio and weaknesses I hope with time will pay off. Especially when its time to get back on the heavy stuff.
