Working on that slowly, I almost have them letting me bring my power rack up to stay up there. I will wear them down.

Monolift probably never going to happen, but who knows.

I got the Doc/owner talked into sponsoring a strongman meet sometime next year as long as I wear his T-Shirts.

Got a credit at my chiro for 275 bucks, going to get some grastan and acupuncture on my elbow here in a bit. Should be interesting.

yea this is not a CF WOD the Strongman workouts we are doing sometimes we have to modify cause we do not have all the traditional equipment. So a lot of this is awkward carry or lifts. The trainer is also a big fan of Dan John, well so am I.

Yep and surgery is not option, you are out for at least a year.

someone recommended the ultrasound treatment to me,
checked it out and asked my DR. who got a PT to do it.
it took care of some severe tendinitis in both arms.

check into it.

I take triple strength Wal Mart brand fish oil three pills twice a day.

The ultrasound I will check into.

Had to skip this morning cause my kids GF’s car had major flat, (they both live with us now) and for some reason her late model cougar has theft protection lug nuts. This girls father refused to give her the key to remove the lug nuts and he is 4 hours a way. So I spent all morning try to get this tire off. FML

Hopefully I can leave work early and hit the weights at the house.

My wife and I had some great times in her 83 tutone cougar!
