No I do not think the boys win there division, Eagles will take it. Giants are the walking wounded and I think Eli has some confidence issues. Foreskins will fold as DC’s adjust to Rex Grossman’s game the only tape they have on the guy is a few years old. Cowboys will get better as the year goes on 9-7 maybe 10-6 may miss the playoffs with whatever the rest of the NFC does.

315 X 3 X Back Squat was not supposed to do these today but working out with friend so whatever

135 X 5 X Axle clean and press
155 X 3 X Axle clean and press
175 X 1 X Axle clean and press
155 X 3 X Axle clean and press

70 DB X 5 X Log press
80 DB X 3 X Log Press
90 DB X 2 X Log press did the second one because my left arm just did not fully lock out

135 X 8 X 3 X Pendelay Row supersetted with
135 X 8 X 3 X Military press just cleaned from the floor

Done man just felt off today.

^ It is one of those days when you just dont feel strong, and all your little aches and pains are magnified.

Dont know if other people have this? My wrist was killing me, my right GM was killing me etc. I grinded it out but you just dont feel good after you lift.

The wife gets up with me to go to the gym. She was having the same problem.

Probably where people got the ideas about zombies, I sure as hell was walking and looking like one this morning.

Okay I have this thing to do on Saturday. Tomorrow I am supposed to do Tire flips, front squats ad abs.

  1. should I stick to plan?
  2. should I just foam roll, stretch and some real light work
  3. do nothing and rest for Saturday?

I’d pick 2 if I wanted to do well or was smart. In reality I would end up going with 1.
