Past two weeks they stay sore, however not like a tendonitis issue. I honestly think this may HELP my tendonitis issue, my grip and forearms are weak. So the elbow was and has been taking a beating due to this, if that makes sense.
This is not a lot of rotation exercise, its more static grip and pinch.
My fucking thumbs are killing me, I think the Fat Gripz are stretching out some ligaments and tendons. Good think I guess to help with grip strength but fuck weird type of pain.
lol. You should make it more confusing by having two different pics on your two different log ins. It will be really interesting to see what happens with your grip/forarm development over time with these workouts.

I thought about it I have one with my body and my Dogs head :).
Yea DJS, my forearms and grip have always needed work, but like most people with a weakness we dont really concentrate on it like we are supposed to. I really think this was a good time to do this.

Bro, my buddies gym has all the cool equipment, after the meet I may change things up for a few months and add in more conditioning. Is that you on the left? Back is looking wide as fuck!

If they have fat gripz or 2 inch bars. Just put 185 on there and DL it a few time.
