BW X 1 X 100 jump ropes (was supposed to do 50 Rocky jump ropes I am to uncoordinated to do this shit yet)

Was supposed to be for time fuck if I know how long it took around 20 minutes. Again tired and grumpy today.

that seems like a pretty legit conditioning workout man… it took me almost 15 minutes to figure out what all that stuff meant but I think I got it now lol

i wish my new gym had a rowing machine… such a bummer not to have one anymore.

Greg that is my everyday when I do these workouts, I have the Beachapalooza thing next month so I am doing more conditioning.

I learned that while Sly Stallone made it look easy on Rocky, I am an uncoordinated fucker doing jump ropes.

I just now got to where I can do a decent normal jump rope, in sets of a 100. Double unders havent even tried yet, these lateral jumps where you jump normal then legs apart, the high knee and the Rocky ones. It was just frustrating I used to be athletic now I worry about myself walking in a straight fucking line.

I remember being able to jump rope like a mofo. I think now I would trip myself and break my nose…
