I still think about 15-20 pounds more will get me to that healthy level vs strength level. Then I can work on my ultimate goals with the goal of also maintaining the same body weight. I am kind of carb cycling right now, has helped with the mental and actually replenished the muscles I will make another push next month.

Not sure if you saw the “thread” on G+ about myfitnesspal.com it’s awesome, much better than fitday. The droid ap is really good. They seem to pool everyone’s custom foods, which makes adding to a food log easier.

I agree, I would think they would feel a breeze or something letting them know they are hanging out of their clothes. Or, someone is telling them they are kickin that outfit or have fun house mirrors at home and they look slimmed down. Either way, it’s mind boggling.

I thought about it but was not at a point where I could check it out. I now have a login etc. I just dont know about putting in my exercise program there and in here.
