Shoulder started hurting so stopped on the bench, did enough to get a good feel again.
Thursday Cardio Day
Warmup 400 meter run, push ups, sit ups, stretching etc
20 MB X 1 X 10 Wall balls
BW X 1 X 10 Erasers (push up then bring knees to elbows in push up position)
BW x 1 X 10 Split jump (Lunge position the jump up and switch legs)
300 meter run
4 rounds for time 18 minutes.
Tired today, probably not enough calories yesterday, kind of carb cycling right now. That means I should get in some good carbs today.
Those CF workouts are just crazy but seem to do the trick.

225 and the abd has really slimmed up and a lot less fat on my lats. So far not losing a ton of muscle just fat which is what I am aiming for. It is very hard not to want to do heavy weights more often right now. I just need to hold out for the rest of the year. I think in Jan going to do the 5/3/1 on a three days a week schedule and two days xfit for cardio.

30 power snatch, rx weight for guys 135. females 95, i didnt do heavy since both of my shoulders are friggin tight with at lease 10 knots under each scapula.

Part of the warmup she does, foam roll, stretching and muscle activation movements.
