It looks like an ass kicking workout! Nicely done.

Pardon my newbness, but what is “MB” in 20 MB X 15 X Wall Balls?

Medicine Ball

a Wall ball is basically you squat and throw the MB to a line up on the wall. The male one is about 9 feet up.

Here is the gym I am not in the picture but you can see from the picture what it entails.

I am one of those type of guys when I work out dont want to break it up, so doing certain things and the gym and then coming home to do more just is not going to cut it.

I have done marathon workouts myself but I really like having two different workouts at two different places, one being the gym and the other at home. I do not think of it as ‘one’ workout, but training with two very different styles. The trainers and some of the members refer to the oly platforms as my corner. When I am at the gym, that is generally where I am. At home I am doing more strongman like stuff. Two very different styles and so that works for me.

But bear in mind I do zelcher squats with a 4x4x8 loaded with tires and various rocks and DBs, so I might be a complete nutcase. That said, I really want to get chains.

I have all this at the house, my thing is also a time thing. I work out in the morning before I have to be at work by 7. when I get home at night have to many things going on to workout again and mostly I am just tired. Weekends stay full also.

Anyone who gets up early and lifts before work has my utmost respect.

I had to do that for a while years ago and it was really tough.

^ You get used to it, but by 9 pm at night I am a fucking zombie.

Some of my stuff, not shown is assorted rocks, bags of sand, logs/limbs and chains. Also, just built a pull-up bar.

Also missing is a firetruck tire.

Here is my adjustable kettle bell.

^ Nice I have a 500 pound tire also. Variation keeps me focused and interested. Sounds like you have the same problem I do.

Not quite, I have the summer’s “off”. Now, if you’re hiring…

I have been thinking of keeping a log on here to get some feedback. If you are interested I could start one in a week or so (about to be visiting in-laws).

Besides Fajitas and Sirloin this is my favorite meat of all time.

You ever eat Rudy’s?

Yep, a must stop for my wife. Good stuff, really like the Dublin Dr. Pepper.

I gave those up years ago, I love the sauce.

Is the wife from Texas?
