It has been great around food, however she has never been around other dogs for a long period of time. She is very, very aggressive with my Boxer, who is basically like WTF? He just kind of wonders around, but he has always been around male dogs.

We have kept them separated with the kennel and then slowly getting them together. They are fighting off and on especially when me or the wife goes outside. She is protective of us against the male. Right now we are having people over so we put them both in the kennel. One dog enter one dog leaves jk. My male is finally just mounting her and she backs off, he just has never had to be an Alpha Male.

I had one of those workouts this morning. It sucks balls… but life goes on I guess.

Grind it out, at least I went to gym. The wife only got about 4 hours of sleep and for her to go that is saying a lot. She is not one to go without sleep. First day back to work after 4 day weekend.

Wed Felt a better this morning until I got to the gym

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, got through 5 rounds exactly.

Okay I was supposed to do 9 pull-ups, of course with my shoulder cant do pull-ups. So first 2 rounds I tried narrow grip ring pull-ups, got the first round but round 2 shotgun blast to the shoulder. This was the first time in long time that even after I stopped and fell to the ground that the pain didnt go away. FML

Narrow grip ring pullups would be easier on the shoulder? I never did those but I have done ring dips and that was hella painful

^ Matty I just cannot do anything over head with my arms in the “its good field goal” position. With the rings narrow I can keep elbows in and control my decent. However as I get tired of course I go “to far” down and then the pain starts. It is clearly an impingement and I know I had small tear in supraspinatus, today I just think I tore it a little more.

Sounds exactly like mine, at least that’s what I think, impingement with a possible small tear. Going to seek a second opinion soon.
