I have a mental block right now with the conventional, I had went back to conventional for about 6 months. Got the weight back up to decent amounts and then hurt the back. So now I just get worried and I fall back on sumo.

My thought is I am trying to build an ass right now anyway, plus strengthen up my upper back for the lock out. I think my upper back is a weakness and I end up rolling my lower back because of it.[/quote]

Mine is bigger

Just stopping in to say hi, like half of my favorite posters post in this thread. It’s like ThreadKiller of the old man section of the board.

You guys will appreciate my situation I’m sure:

Well, hit a front squat PR while so hungover I’m lightheaded…

Can’t complain.

Wife is in Maine with her friend, son is at a sleepover. It’s just me, my dog, and this bottle of Jameson…

Is it time to drink yet?

Okay, enough of making your thread about me… Is there anymore pics of the ass your wife posted up there ^? God DAMN!

Nice DJ, you must be getting lean and mean with all this conditioning stuff.

NICE! Jamesons, you and your dog, sounds like a perfect Sat night to me.

X2 on a perfect night. I’ve got a house full of in laws right now and a night with an empty house sounds awesome.

Sorry picked up this dog yesterday and we had friends over to watch movies and BBQ. After that workout it was needed.

Beans I had one of those days on Fathers day its I nice break but I wouldnt want that all the time.

Beautiful pup, congrats.

Thanks we are trying to get her to get along with my other boxer. They are fine as long as the wife or I dont go out back. Then the compete for our attention and start fighting.

Good on ya’ for adopting from a shelter, they’re always the best dogs anyway. Looks like a great dog.

Every animal but one we have is a rescue. The wife right now has a feral kitten from the shelter in out bathroom trying to get it non-feral so he will not be put down. He will end up here adopted, which gives us 3 cats and 3 dogs.

God damn…

We would get along like a house on fire.

I have to turn the station when the sad puppy commercial comes on, or I’d rescue a dog a week.

That is a gorgeous pup. Bonus that it lets you touch its paws and shit. How is it around food?

That’s a beautiful dog. Congrats.

And your wife is truly a committed animal lover -breaking in a feral cat is no small feat. My hat’s off to her.

Nice looking dog. There’s a special place in heaven for people who save dogs.

Good bunch of workouts, dude.
