Good for diet control.
Tried to get up this morning to do bench, just couldnt fall asleep last night. Hopefully I can bail early today for a 4 day weekend, that way I can go home and do it this afternoon.

Yes in sumo no stopping my ass was on fire when I got done and my hands were cramping.[/quote]
There are creams for that you know.
I like finishing things up with max reps. The most I’ve done at that weight is 16 sumo and 13 conventional. I found conventional harder just because of the long distance lock out.
I have a mental block right now with the conventional, I had went back to conventional for about 6 months. Got the weight back up to decent amounts and then hurt the back. So now I just get worried and I fall back on sumo.
My thought is I am trying to build an ass right now anyway, plus strengthen up my upper back for the lock out. I think my upper back is a weakness and I end up rolling my lower back because of it.
Did I read right that you carved off 20 lbs whilst dieting?
RIGHT.
F##KING.
ON!
^ Yes sir. Running and dieting. I hit a wall and got tired of the mental fugue, I do not believe I was getting enough good fats. So I am bumping up the calories with increase fat and see if this will help me drop more.

I’m starting wonder if my dad ever visited Texas, we’re like long lost brothers or something. FFB’s, crap shoulders, weak upper back, conventional deads hurt our backs, you’re freaking me out man. Seriously though, upper back it a very weak point for me too and if this damn shoulder ever stops acting up it will become a priority.

Hahahahahaha me you and Matty three amigos.
That is why I have been doing a shit ton of clean movements and front squat. My mid back was so sore a few weeks back I was having trouble taking deep breaths or moving certain ways.
I am a firm believer that sumo is the way to go if you have any back issues at all.

That or a trap bar I have flirted with this idea.

Another of my favorite movies of all time. If us three got together in a Mexican bar, I would pull it off. Thanks Pete now that song is stuck in my head and I will be singing it all day.
My little buttercup has the sweetest smile
Dear little buttercup, won’t you stay awhile
Come with me where moonbeams paint the sky
And you and I might linger in the sweet by and by, oh…
Dear little buttercup, with your eyes so blue
Oh little buttercup, you’ re a dream come true
You and I will settle down in a cottage built for two
Oh, dear little buttercup, I love you…
Everybody !
My little buttercup, has the sweetest smile
Dear little buttercup won’t you stay awhile
You and I will settle down in a cottage built for two, oh
Dear little buttercup
Sweet little buttercup,
My little buttercup
I love you

That song is great, but nowhere near as good as “I’m picking out a Thermos for you” from The Jerk!!
