Just imagine though, someone strong doing this movement as a ME movement! Get Mendelson to use this, he could probably do 1300+ raw.[/quote]

He could attempt 1300+, at least…

Don’t laugh too much people, he probably posts on this site in the bodybuilding forum and has 3000 posts in the last 3 months! I was wondering when countingbeans was going to put on a video.

Nah, definitely the power lifting section. lol

oh haha, the curling vid is good…or is this lower back work!?!

I like how he says the belt adds to his range of motion! Is there a video of him without the belt? I had a look however couldn’t find it.

no spotter, no safety pins. i don’t think the pad on the bar would do much to save him if something went wrong, and by wrong i mean if he unlocked his elbows and lowered the weight.

that kid is going to die, keep your eyes peeled for the article

hey if i could move 470 at 16 id be happy as hell. Most here prob couldt even hold teh weight. that kid learns how to lift and hed be scary

Seriously. With the way he has the extra plates “fastened” on even if his mom or someone did hear him screaming I doubt they’d be able to do anything other than watch him die a horrible[y embarrassing] death.

video without a belt:

Just such raw power. I was trying to show the guy I train with how this kid does it and I couldn’t arch my back that much.

LOL, I’m tempted to do a four board bench press and post it as a response to his video, haha.

Or if he doesn’t even bother to learn how to lift but learns how to stick a needle in his ass he’d be even scarier.

But I will say if that kid is curling 135 (do I have that wrong) at 16, he must be pretty damn strong.

It was 110. And it’s really not that impressive, at all.

Ahh, that makes more sense…

No, he could do 1300, he would open with 4500…

Seriously, how does this kid even think its remotely legit?

Anyone who thinks anything this idiot does is impressive needs to stick to the bodybuilding forum. Surely we all have enough respect for our own training and numbers without buying into this garbage.

Hillarious.

If he bends his arms at all the bar will literally crush his neck.

From that position his neck is RIGHT under the bar’s path were it to fall, as he is moving his body up to the bar at an angle.
