When I miss a lift I think I should have made, it usually means I have been under stress, lack of sleep, or just tired. All of these things also give you that bummed out feeling…

Nadia: Thanks for critiquing. So glad the HLRs look okay. I thought they were sloppy. But they are so hard for me. Boy, do my abs scream during those. And so funny that we both tried – and failed – three times for our DL PRs. Bizarre since I pulled 225 last week fairly easily but couldn’t even break 230 off the floor yesterday. Further proof that most of DLing is mental.
