Strong Little Snapper

Great lift Snap…you made that look easy.

Awesome squat (and PR)! That looked easy!
I WON"T be showing that to my wife until she is working with more than the bar

Congratz!

Very nice!

Now I’ve never done drugs, (a shock I know because I look so Bohemian) but I can’t imagine they can be any better than the buzz after a really great PR breaking lift.

The squat form was too good to be a max, so there’s more to come there.

And when your coach pulled up on your straps it looked like he could have lifted you off the ground!

AWESOME!!!

way too easy to be a true max! looking real good for the meet

WOOOOORDDDDD!!!

:D!!!

wow! didn’t mean to go 3 times but that squat deserves it non the less:)!!..in case THIS goes 3 times…my apologizes:}

Bench day today. Did some raw work then threw on the shirt. I’ve had to lower my numbers in the last few weeks. I’m losing strength for some inexplicable reason. Trying not to obsess since I’m so overjoyed that I’m hitting PRs in squat and DL. Never was a bencher anyway. I’ve just got to get through this meet and then I’ll hang up the towel on bench for awhile.

Looks like I’m taking a new job as office manager for a small fire department. Never done this before. Should be an interesting experience.

Good luck on the new job. Had you been out of work for a while?

Damn nice on the 205!

Perhaps you need to recover from such a monstorous lift?

Woot! Woot! on the PR. as others have pointed out it looked too well grooved to be a true max. There is more to come for sure.

great job- and great bar speed.

I suspect you have more in the tank.

Nice work on the squat PR! 205 is insane.

Good luck on the new job - lucky you, get to work with all those fire menz…sigh. Behave yourself missy!

Who cares Im late for the PR, I knew there WOULD be one when I did get in here!

You are one amazing lady.

I loved you actually showing excitement!!

New job with firemen, hmmm should spark you up  yea yea not that you need it haha

Congrats on the PR and the new job.

Snap, put some weight on the bar, that squat was waayyy too easy, and your depth, especially in gear is amazing…

Thank you.

That squat was definitely not my max. I never thought a double BW geared squat would be feasible for me, but I now believe it is. I can’t wait until Monday to throw more weight on the bar and see how I do. PRs are so addictive. After last Friday’s DL and Monday’s squat, I’m wanting more.

I worked with Arachne (from the PW compound) today to help her prepare for her first meet. We had quite a good time. Tomorrow is my last [relatively] heavy DL day before my meet.

Almost March already? Things are looking real good for you meet. With the way your squats and DLs are going, your total won’t care if you only bench the bar.

Today’s training: Last heavy DL session before my meet in two weeks.

Conventional DL
5/115
5/135
4/155
3/180 belt

Finished up with lat pulldowns and weighted hypers. I’m tapering off on all accessory work.
