Oh nice! Are you going to post them all? (Love the shoes, btw - there’s no way in hell I could walk in those).
Sex-ay!!!

can’t wait to see moar kimba.

Here is the same pic I posted earlier, but a bit more modest.
Again, sorry for the crop.
Thanks for all the kind words about the sneak peek shots. Its nice to have some immediate product from all that effort.
The whole process of planning for this shoot was really fun, as was the shoot itself. It successfully shook me out of some ruts and introduced me to some new things. Learning new things and periodically re-evaluating habits and long-held thought patterns is the key to thinking yourself young, IMHO.
Wow those are going to be some nice photos…it was brilliant to get these done now…looking gorgeous lady ![]()

Thanks Bobbi! I like the idea of documenting things while all is looking good. There are no guarantees when it comes to future health, fitness and beauty, but certainly time waits for no woman.
Oh my god your legs are lovely.
legs & shoes = great combo:)
Very nice, and it sounds like you really enjoyed the experience.
Those are beautiful! Are you going to get some prints?
Thanks for the kind words, all.
debra, I’m waffling on getting prints. I just wonder what I would do with them. The photog offered to do an album, but I never even look at my wedding album, so why would this be any different. So far, however, I’ve loved having the digital pix.
I did train yesterday. Now that the photo shoot is over, its time to focus on building strength again.
5/3/1 Wave 3, Week 1 - Military Press day
MP
45# 1 x 5 working
50# 1 x 5 working
60# 1 x 5 money set <–first time at this weight so PR!
I did this workout at home, and I was really happy to have bought myself two 2.5# plates and some spring collars. Considering that my one-rep max on this lift is 65, I’m OK with this result.
Push Press
55# 1 x 8, 2 x 5
supersetted with
Floor Press (I set up the barbell on two milk crates and slithered underneath
55# 3 x 10
I’ve never done floor presses of any kind. Is the point the partial range of motion when your elbow hits the floor?
My left wrist is still a bit painful when I twist it in a “looking at my watch motion” or in the opposite direction. I can do pullups without issue and can use a supinated grip on that hand for heavy deadlifts, but chinups are a no go. Working around this issue for now, and just letting it rest.
Mm sexy legs. I definitely have leg envy!
Have you ever used a Powerball? They’re pretty good for rehabbing tricky wrists.

Well, I have waist envy.
OK, I googled Powerball (never having heard of it) but still can’t figure out how this works.
We’d have a winning arm if we paired your bad wrist with my bad shoulder. Funny how the “looking at a watch” motion hurts both of us even though the pain originates in different places.
