Come pick me up on your way Cal- Kimba you better be buying a truck load of bacon woman. And you can serve the gang wearin those short shorts. I’ll do my share and bring some wine and beer for the non-wine drinkers.
edit: your clavicle is damn cute Snap. A like the sharpness. Reminds of wounded warriors. In combat boots and dresses.
Joe: I buy the frozen, skinless boneless fillets, toss em in tinfoil (still frozen) add whatever flavouring such as salsa, or olive oil and lemon ect…and bake 350 for 30 minutes, 20 minutes if you remembered to thaw it out beforehand. Couldn’t be easier. And canned fish in a wrap is as easy as it comes. add veg and mustard and voila.

Thanks, I would also like to add that I have no idea what your avatar is but it looks like a lion with a giant freaking hammer, and thats awesome.
N., I’d LOVE for you to cook for me and CBear and Cal. I’m a great kitchen helper, and I like washing dishes. Oh, and I have an enormous kitchen that I almost never cook in. Go figure.
Joe, fish is super healthy food and N. has great ideas for cooking it. I am lucky to live near an ocean so fish is easily gotten fresh. I’m thinking that might be more of trick in AL.
Today’s training was fun. No PRs but I am working on my issues and am looking forward to another ART session later on today.
5/3/1 “Off the Reservation” Day
Squats (3 risers/step – yes, I still need to be reminded of depth because I am a Cheater McCheaterston)
Bar 1 x 5
5# 1 x 5
95# 2 x 5 <–pulling on last rep of each set – fatigue overrides my fighting not to pull right
We’ll be focusing on single leg work for awhile instead of adding weight to complement my one-leg rehab exercises.
Bench step-ups with slow eccentric down
1 x 25 each leg
Bench Press
Bar 1 x 5
70# 1 x 5
75# 1 x 5
80# 1 x 5
85# 1 x 2 ← failed on 3
I was actually pretty pleased with this. My all-time rep max on 85 lbs. is 3. I bet that if I had done less previous sets, I could have at least equaled that.
Walking lunges
20s 1 x 70 steps, no rest and back knee low
Dips
BW 1 x 25
Plank and side plank
I am starting a brand new training log notebook with this workout. There is just something hopeful about a brand-spanking-new notebook with lots of crisp blank pages.

I like this!! And i couldn’t agree more.
I actually love your entire outlook on your training Kimba. That’s right, you’ve got a whole world of possibility ahead of you.
Maschy, “whole world of possibility ahead” sounds like a song or something. I like it!
So, I went to ART today and got worked over. Between that and today’s workout I am pretty dead. I got some new rehab exercises today, and now there are so many I’ve had to put a list so that I can remember them:
One legged balances with foot straight on a wobble board tilted down at 6 o’clock, 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock respectively. The progression is to be able to do these with my foot pointing inwards.
One-legged right foot balances on the wobble board tilted down at 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock while rowing a band with the opposite arm.
Kneeling hip flexor stretch position, then rotating hips side to side then in circles, then rotating front foot side to side and in circles.
BW squat on the balance board (now with offset feet!) keeping the board balanced on the flat piece by not pulling to one side or another.
I’m to tilt my whole body to each side (head to toe in a straight line), then front and back for 30 sec. each while balancing on one leg. This is very hard for me because I can’t keep the free leg in line with my body very well – forward or back, but not straight. If I can get a 15 degree bend, I’m lucky.
1 armed kettlebell or dumbbell front squat with my feet offset by half my foot’s length. 10 reps right foot forward/bell in right hand, 10 reps right foot forward, bell in left hand, same for other side.
Hip flexor stretch, but with back leg straight. Full extension plus balance.
Sumo squat holds with feet three foot-lengths apart.
Side lunge holds with hip NOT flared out.
Weighted lying swiss ball adductions/abductions with one ankle weighted and straight in the air then moved to each side, and the other leg up on a Swiss ball.
This corrective exercise stuff is hard and time-consuming!
just thought it was fitting. yes I am a closet disney fan. Always though that Beast in “beauty and the beast” was way sexier than his princely form… ok I’ll shut up now.

Thanks Joe, he is awesome. Just some image I plucked from the net that seems to be proper for this forum.

N., that was great! I’ve never seen that video before. And DCA is calling you out as a Furry-Lover. True or false?
Betty, yup that is every day. I’ve been doing “some” of these exercises every day, but I think in order to get to everything, I’m going to have to split them up into AM and PM. Otherwise if I leave it until the evening, I’m just too tired to do them all.
Kimba - know what you mean! My MR workouts feel like they take ages! I try to split them up when I remember… but it’s hard! Hope that stiff gets your feeling in tip top form! =D
Joe: Tails with an “s” can be good:) bows head yes I’m a furry lover, but now I’ve got something in common with Maschy - Win!
edit: sorry for all this log pollution Kimba!
2nd edit: I can’t beleif your doing all that correctinal stuff in 1 day Kimba! How long will this last? I’d be afraid to throw it all out the window. Although you have determination of steel… but still could you not split it over your 3 days of workouts and add little smidge of lifitng?
3rd edit: had to correct my post like 3 times. I’m such a retard.
The problem is color. I am considering the purple and the forest green. Purple is the lemming choice, so I can pull just like Snapper and Owlie. Forest green is one of my favorite colors. Orange is actually my favorite color, but the orange in the picture on the website doesn’t seem bright enough.
Anyway, you can vote! Which color do YOU like better?
