Strong Crossfit Guy

As far as I know Rob did not get strong using crossfit. I dont know exactly what his training looks like now, but I have seen a couple of crossfit videos. I mostly posted this because a) its a sick video and b) a lot of the crossfit workouts do seem to be cardio with very light weights, but for a guy his size that is disgusting.

Hybrid Athletics is his gym in Stamford.

If a guy that strong started using crossfit to aid his training, does that tell you anything?

Woah, you train 9 days a week?

If you train hard enough you can open up an alternate time dimension and get like 3 or 4 extra days into a week

serious man.
I see the possibility of humor here but it’s a stupid fucking joke if so and I’ll take it as a serious misunderstanding.

He probably weight trains and does crossfit on the same day.

It tells me he didn’t get that strong using Crossfit?

ROFL. FTG uses sound logic to defeat his own argument.

Here is him doing King Kong… Rob Orlando does "King Kong".....twice - YouTube

Pretty awesome video

Thanks for the clarification on that one!

Both vids were impressive but I don’t think they are alone in their feats.

Is it like the 4th hole, you can’t look directly at it?

Probably? you mean your not sure?

You better get sure there chief. This is a very serious world and we do not need any more serious misunderstandings. especially about days in a week! If we start fucking with the days in a week when will we know what night is 15 cent wing night!

You kids are all jokers these days.

I hope you’re not upset by my jokes. I was really hoping we could be friends on T-Nation.

But crossfit will make you stronger then the average bear, because the average bear is grafted to his couch eating a lean cuisine for dinner, pint of ice cream for a snack, and 3 pieces of pizza before bed to stave off the catabolic effects of not eating…
shit, you just described my usual evening routine…
