This is one of my clients he is 82 years old he has been training with me for 10 years he works out twice a week for 30 mins. He also plays tennis twice a week. When he first come to me he had major mobility issues back pain, knee pain. We started slow he is stronger and in better shape now at 82 then at 72. It gives me great hope to see someone like this improve so much at his age.
