Buddy this is 30 straight minutes of pushups, air squats, and getting up off the ground. Absolute torture. Hats off to you surviving 15 minutes of it.
Your wolfman is no slouch.

I am getting the sense that you like burpees. You might want to get that checked out by a professional.

As an aside, I’ve been shredding up since I started this burpee mayhem
When you put it that way, it makes sense. I started running back in January, partly because I hate it. And shredded you say? Is the lack of jumping at the end a normal feature of your burpees, or was that just that particular video I saw?
I used to jump at the end however once I saw Iron Wolf’s technique I thought ‘good enough for me’
It actually makes sense having no jump because when you’re ploughing through hundreds of reps, you’re going to get burst regardless. Jump or no jump

You’ve done five workouts and I’m still in my recliner.
I feel that my physical condition has improved by reading this log today.
I’ve tried to incorporate my kids in my workout. But for some reason they feel harder to lift than heavier weights.
