Burly bulk continues

Feel conditioned as fuck right now. Fit as I’ve ever been

Last nights workout was an eye opener. Would have usually taken 30 mins however just fucking blasted it.

Mindset has changed big time man. Just tame the iron and accept the pain

It never gets easier. The training just gets harder

Let’s put the life stress to the side and unleash pure fury on the iron. Let the physical stress provide comfort from the mental stress.

This is a real consideration. I also find i look better in a T shirt with a bit more burliness (and feel a bit better), and better shirtless a bit more on the lean side. So, unless you’re heading for a beach vacation, might as well go with the looking better and feeling better.

This! This is a common fitness lie, it only gets harder! People want to be “advanced” but actually they don’t. It requires way more work and pain for the gains.

Quick one during downtime

EMOM - 25 mins

1 - 10 - Armour Building Complex
10 - 20 - Burpee/Pull up
20 - 25 - Double KB Clean and Press

Bit more taxing however not too intense
