I am feeling you big guy, my three are doing the same. My eldest is off to school camp on Monday and is worried she won’t be able to go off she is sick. I am trying to stay away from all of them.

I absolutely love a burger like that and haven’t had one at least since 2020. Could probably cook the exact same thing or better at home but the actual food is only half of it. Super jealous but happy to see you’re out enjoying yourself. Only another week more for south Britain to wait.

I made ham steaks, over easy eggs, and pancakes for Mother’s Day breakfast. Since I broke up with My Fitness Pal and the food scale I no longer have cheat meals. If I did, it would mean that I was eating “clean” all the time. I don’t. Yesterday I ate 3/4 of a bag of double crusted Ruffles (don’t buy those). I don’t care anymore.
Don’t confuse that with apathy, though. I still pay attention. It’s a lot easier for me to fast one day a week to balance things out instead of being crazy seven days a week.
