Took it easy on the training today, purely due to family stuff.

Was a bank holiday so took everyone out for a meal. Was great to get out in the open again and live some semblance of a fuxking life :joy:

Muscle cleans absolutely exists and they are cool and I use them sometimes and they were great to improve my technique
