Today was @T3hPwnisher red pill day
2 days in a row where I’ve done 3 workouts
Energy was sapped for the last session
Had a slight headache with the lack of carbs.
Anyway now I know why pwn devours food without tracking kcals.
I’ve been on Carbondiet and they’re telling me to consume 2900kcals.
It was nowhere near enough to sustain my gas tank. I was fogging hard man.
My cardio game saw me through in the end. Blitzed the last workout under tight time constraints.
I am fuxking on this man. No prisoners. Just solid hard training
As long as its cast iron, I think its pretty hard to fuck up a kettlebell in my opinion.
I don’t know the conversion rate so I couldn’t tell you whether that’s within budget or not.
CarbonDiet wasn’t expecting you to go berserker and do 3 a day’s though. Better get the steak on the grill.
Nailed it. I train this way because it forces me to eat big. No second guessing: I NEED to recover, and food is the solution. You’re getting it too for sure. Great showing dude!

What you up to over there, multiple KB+bodyweight sessions per day? A recipe for good conditioning for sure. Is that part of TBMP or bonus work?
Just bonus work mate. It’s actually discouraged by TBMP however I can’t help myself
Done these bad boys the other night. Just muscling the weight up. I don’t think my wrists can take the catch.
Who cares man. Will see how long I can span this out for. Feels anabolic
