Almost everyone I hear speaking of side effects has had the AZ one. I had some minor stuff from 2nd dose of Pfizer but nothing like what people are describing with AZ.

The way Iāve felt over the last day or two combined with having a serious lapse of discipline in my nutrition has made me contemplate my current position. Donāt want to get too whiny about it however the calorie counting is killing me plus @TrainForPain made me think for a moment when he spoke about his food choices influencing his wee girl
Hell yeah dude. Always got my backing. Just makes so much sense to me. There are essential amino acids, essential fatty acidsā¦no essential carbs. Eliminate 1 macro, eat lots of meat, eat more fats when you want to gain, less fats when you want to lose.
Gotta let me know how haggis works into the equation.

If itās a burden - drop it. For me itās always something of an excuse to be less disciplined anyway: itās easier for me to stick to a predetermined calculator than to just tell myself to control my portions while I eat.
Anyway - youāre crushing it while just being stupid simple in the gym; you can definitely apply the same approach to your diet. Youāve got a solid, masterfully bearded head on your shoulders

In saying that, I start back at work in a couple of weeks so I can get a better handle on things as Iāll be away from home more. Iāve been on furlough for 10 out 12 months man. Iām surprised I still have a wife ![]()

I hear you about the minefield. Thatās why I always like counting. Weāll see how I go without it. I like the simplicity of drastically reducing carbs, but I tend to overeat fatty meats. Anyway, learning experience and all that. I also didnāt ālikeā cardio when I wasnāt doing it and donāt hate it (quite as badly) since Iāve prioritized it; these things work themselves out I suppose. Itās not like weāre doing something hard like giving up beer!
