I have an irrational love for multiples of 5

The body doesn’t know multiples of 5.

It only knows pleasure or pain

Thanks for converting it to units we understand. Now if @aldebaran would just use pounds, all would be right with the world.

30 minute run

Kept the HR between 130 - 150

HR monitor is playing up and my Polar won’t sync to the phone

This is seriously screwing with my data OCD. It feels like I never did a fucking workout :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Tagging @antiquity and @kleinhound for running kudos

It was actually quite easy. I feel the Airdyne sessions have built up the work capacity

To be honest, I have been choking to run lately. Sun is out longer so I think I’m gonna replace the Airdyne with runs for the time being

I know what you mean here. But, nice job on the running. Agree that it kind of gets in your psyche, where you feel the urge to get out there in the fresh air and put some miles in. I’m toying with the idea of doing a 3-week S/E progressive circuit after my current wave, with 2 longer runs, 3 S/E sessions, and 1 HIC a week.
