Haha @ChongLordUno winning at life and designing workouts to freak out the OCD lifters!
Thatās how the big daddies roll my man
I have an irrational love for multiples of 5
The body doesnāt know multiples of 5.
It only knows pleasure or pain
Thanks for converting it to units we understand. Now if @aldebaran would just use pounds, all would be right with the world.
Naaah for whatever reason my lifts feel lighter in pounds ![]()
Youāre doing it up man!
My $0.02 - I wish Iād had more babies
Rope inverted rows now, rope chins later!
Went mental with the chins
Rope inverted row i gleamed from todayās article. Forearms were fried to fuck
Used to do inverted rows all the time. Need to do more
Haha you read my mind @FlatsFarmer mate
One of my favourites.
Raise feet then add weight as needed.
Fuxking right @vision1 my man
Used to hammer them between sets of most exercises and my back blew the fuck up.
30 minute run
Kept the HR between 130 - 150
HR monitor is playing up and my Polar wonāt sync to the phone
This is seriously screwing with my data OCD. It feels like I never did a fucking workout ![]()
Tagging @antiquity and @kleinhound for running kudos
It was actually quite easy. I feel the Airdyne sessions have built up the work capacity
To be honest, I have been choking to run lately. Sun is out longer so I think Iām gonna replace the Airdyne with runs for the time being
Join the dark side. Do it.
I fucking will @kdjohn mate donāt you worry about it !!!
I know what you mean here. But, nice job on the running. Agree that it kind of gets in your psyche, where you feel the urge to get out there in the fresh air and put some miles in. Iām toying with the idea of doing a 3-week S/E progressive circuit after my current wave, with 2 longer runs, 3 S/E sessions, and 1 HIC a week.
4x18 TBDL @ 105kg?? Am I seeing that correctly?
