Oh man, your kids are younger than mine. My kids break my concentration when I try to workout at home. I bet T3hPwnisher wouldnāt look so good if he had 2 toddlers to deal with. That makes us stronger than him. Not literally, but mentally.

I was pretty lean when I had the 1 toddler and ruptured ACL to deal with. Always fun sprinting off the couch with a bad knee to get a choking hazard out of the hands, haha.

@T3hPwnisher mate, it was killer. I felt like my heart was in my mouth. The burpees were actually a break from the KB work. Fuck knows how you do this with heavy front squats man. Youāre a machine!!

To be fair I cheered for France when they played Wales (wouldnāt normally but I didnāt want Wales to get Grand slam!).

My rugby loyalities are weird, England are always to be cheered above everyone else, even if theyāre playing awfully and donāt deserve any respect (see this six Nations!), France are always last and should never be cheered, unless like this very rare occasion Wales (who are second lowest and should only ever be cheered if playing France) are in for a grand slam, then I cheer France.
So itās England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Wales France.
