But you make a good point. This game is always about working out what works for you. For years I have got decent results doing what I was doing, but kind of got fixated on getting a decent squat and deadlift which my 10 foot femurs are not made for.
You have given me more confidence to believe in myself and what I am trying to achieve.
Aye mate I was fortunate to be given one. My mother was using it as a clothes horse so I kindly did the needful.
I love it @alex_uk mate. I use it in the kitchen at night while the kids are in bed. If you’re not doing cardio then you are leaving gains on the table!!!
I do cardio… Sporadically. I keep thinking to do more - my training today became cardio at the emom point, going to do more of that then get back to 2/3 steady state things per week as well.
Haha, my heart was definitely above the cardio zone from @ChongLordUno’s app! But you’re right I need to make sure I don’t just do lifting and blag it as cardio.
Hi mate, I’m looking at getting a chest mounted heart rate monitor, mainly to use when cycling, and feel like I’ve seen you mention yours is chest mounted. Would you recommend it and is there anything I should look out for?
