Do you/can you superset your movements? It’d definitely help with the time restrictions and your conditioning is plenty good enough to handle it.

I do that depending what gym I’m using.

The more commercial facilities are a bit more cumbersome so I tend to just keep the rest periods super short.

I’ve also fell into the habit of not logging accessory work like my curls and shitšŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

That explains it. I saw ā€œtime constraintsā€ and ā€œquick one before workā€ and saw that you did eight sets in 29 minutes and thought you might be moving slow. :smile:

Yes mate, I’m a spin instructor. I teach about 4-5 classes a week.

It’s pretty easy once you get into the swing of things.

The only time I deviate is when I do a double class. That fucker takes it right out me and requires two feedsšŸ˜‚

HR monitor seems to have given up the ghost so probably won’t be posting my cycle stats for a while, which kills me because I’m BIG on HR training😔

What HR monitor do you use?

Do you also use it to monitor resting HR?

A Polar H7 chest strap mate.

I don’t use it to measure RHR mate. You’re better getting a FitBit or something similar. That way it collects your HR over time and averages it out.

I rarely back squat nowadays.

These were grinders. I have that lower back psychology shit going on where I expect my spine to explode.

I had been at Soft play with the kids and took them to the gym afterwards .

Quick jaunt into the gym

Volume, volume, voluuuume.

Followed up by the return of the HR Monitor which I managed to breath some much needed life into over the weekend.

This was brutal.

I’ve been kept up the last two nights with my little girl. Next to no sleep.

My cardio wasn’t taxed in anyway however my legs were like lead. I could not get my HR up at all.
