Up early today

New child care regime is aging the fuck out of me😭

Swiftly followed by teaching a spin class which I decided to take quite seriously as I feel I’m plateauing a little

Early morning spin

Keeping my HR between 130-150 for the majority of my spin classes has enhanced my aerobic base to no end.

The classes are easy now and I’m having to up the gears to get my HR up there.

Feeling as fit as I ever have right now. Cardio is going through the roof.

Thrashed it on the bike today however HR wasn’t going to high.

Aerobic base obviously doing the donkey work

Pulled a muscle in my upper back doing those bloody dad chins🤦‍♂️

Been in agony since yesterday

Things have went to shit lately, especially diet wise

Wee man had a birthday party yesterday so indulged

Have let things slip lately prior by eating takeaway food.

Training has been downgraded a little due to time constraints.

Still FB workouts although volume has dropped a little.

Back on it this week however and fully committed

Muscle work has taken a hit so making up for it on e HIIT front.

Red zoned it a few times the day.

Fairly easy however, especially on the lungs
