TODAY

I am toiling

My daily routine for the last 2 months has consisted of

6am Spin Class

Let my missus head to work and watch my baby daughter until 1.

Take my daughter to my partners work and do a ‘hand-over’

Head to work then finish at 10pm

Head home straight to bed for a super fractured sleep.

Rinse and repeat.

I am dead on my feet. Recovery has taken a beating. Fuck knows how I’m managing to get workouts in.

Autopilot I guess.

How old is your daughter? What’s going on at night? Is she just waking up to eat?

She’s 10 months old.

She’s been sleeping fine up until the last 6 weeks. She now wakes up 2-3 times a night, crying.

She doesn’t get a night feed anymore. Hopefully she groans out this phase quick!!!

Hang in there, man. You’re doing a great job. I know it doesn’t feel like it, but it will go by and you’ll be out the other side (then you’ll get nostalgic).

Goals have taken a major back seat.

Mrs is pregnant.

She’s had to ditch OMAD so I’ve decided to do the same to show support.

Keeping the workout regime the same however physique goals will be put aside

Will try and train hard as fuck when the opportunity arises

Been slacking off as of late.

Busy schedule

Haven’t been logging spin classes as well as to be honest, I cannot be fucked.

Had to drop one as it was too early in the morning and my sleep pattern is a disgrace.

Hate to say it as well however I’ve practically changed my routine to whatever I feel like doing on any given day.

I’m starting to get the fear that I’m missing things out.

It’s morphed into a ppl as of late.

My eating habits the last week have been horrific as well, ever since my missus dropped the pregnancy bomb on me.

I’ve been binging like a crackhead
