Thick arms mate!
Definitely seeing the effects of the training focus. Great work dude!
@kdjohn @kleinhound @T3hPwnisher
Thanks lads
Yes @T3hPwnisher mate I’m responding well to my current regime. I hark back to that conversation we had a while ago re Brawn. Simple, uncluttered training is good for the soul as @kleinhound would say
The inclusion of the CarbonDiet app has also allowed me to apply laser focus to my calories
All in all I have mentally bought into the process which will determine its success in my opinion. Throw consistency and intensity into the mix and you cannot fail
Thickening up man! Great job!
Thick and juicy that’s the goal @TrainForPain my main man
This has been a tough week. A few personal/family issues have came to the surface and caused chaos.
The sessions have been a welcome distraction. They’ve been pretty tough especially the WPUs.
The 4x8 week is hard going and I’ve got that feeling in my belly about where this is going.
Which ultimately means gains. If you’re dreading workouts then they’re productive.
Scales starting to move upwards as well finally. Put it down to the inclusion of bagels.
Bagels are pure gains. You can devour them and they are great carby calories.
Hope the issues and chaos gets sorted in the way you want.
Cheers @throwawayfitness my man

Starting to go down the dark path of eating shitty food
Had a blow out tonight
Carbondiet has told me I’ve gained too much and need to scale calories back
TBMP tells me I can’t do HIIT as it will compromise the mass gaining process
Choking to burst out some intervals however remaining loyal to the program
Always the struggle. Stay strong!
Fucking right @kdjohn my man
Slow and steady if you want to hit top tier dadbod status
If I didn’t know how dedicated you are to training and TB, I would think “Pizza without being allowed to sprint it off?”. Sounds made up.
To be honest mate, I could just go for it however what if I don’t get the results I desire?
If I tweak the program then am I really doing the program?
I’ve mapped the full year out in blocks and am fully committed ![]()
