I might need to address this. I think I’ve developed an ulcer. My wife thinks it’s because I go overboard and make myself misersble on the rare occasions that I eat junk. It’s like I’m trying to eat months worth of bad food on one sitting because I know it’s going to be awhile before I eat it again. I’m beginning to think i might be better off loosening up.
And I ordered pizza last night. It destroyed me. I was doubled over for a bit. I didn’t have the urge to puke or go to the bathroom. I was just in pain.
I spend the days going back and forth between pain and hunger. Somehow I forget about the pain as soon as I’m hungry! I eat and start the cycle again.
I wouldn’t say that I eat terrible, but if there’s an event then I don’t hold back. But my last two food events were smoked BBQ. I don’t consider those to be too bad. The pizza hurt and that’s a first. With the exception of that one meal, I haven’t been able to notice the effects of any one food. My usual food prep includes meat, steamed veggies, and a nice source of carbs like potatoes, rice, or pasta.
My pizza treats are rare because I can put away an entire large on my own and used to do so regularly.
A bit late here mate. In for the log, looks like a great journey.
However that OMAD thing, damn I’d be frustrated.
If I don’t get my breakfast I’ll be a grumpy old bastard the whole day.
I have however tried eation only between 7 in the morning and at latest 6 en the evening.
How shredded do you want to go. PC has an article about it on the front page I think here on TN:
I wouldn’t call doing extra stuff on a planned rest day veering from the plan. That’s just an addition. It’s bonus work!
Deep down, the main thing I personally need to achieve with the challenge is sticking to one goal. If some of the details of a program change along the way then it’s not a big deal as long as the goal and approach stays the same.
Some things in my program might change but they’ll be subtle. Call it fine tuning.
Well you might have built some muscle or made them more visible by stripping down fat! Last time I dieted down everyone was telling me “t’as pris?” something like “wow bro mad gainz”
Had friends over for dinner last night and necked a full bottle of red wine.
Woke up feeling not too bad however been fasting all day.
Workout was lethargic. The gym is a dark shithole as well. I’ve cancelled my membership however still have membership till the end of September so may as well get my money’s worth
haha made me laugh, I occasionally do it, when the missus thinks I’m taking dieting to far, I just pretend I’ve eaten something throughout the day… It’s a crazy world and we’re serving it.
On another note a day of fasting would definitely take a bit out of the workout @ChongLordUno
