Today at the gym I did that motion while holding a 35 plate at my side to stretch my trap. It felt good! Like I grew an inch taller.

I donāt want to ābulkā however I feel that the first lockdown devoured so much muscle. Itās like I came straight back in to a fat loss block without slowly building tissue
Maybe this is the āperpetually small guyā we all have inside our head consuming our thoughts.

Pretty sure this is this. Iāve had the same āshockingā crazyness a couple days ago. You didnāt trained for a few days, plus general volume, especially on the beach bodyparts was very low these times because of all this => youāre flatter is all.
Iām in the same conundrum. But in the end, you have no big weights: strength is pretty much out of the question. Hypertrophy, real hard! So not a bad thing to try and lean out, and maintain strength and muscle because itās way easier to maintain. Then when gyms reopen you can do maintenance/very slight surplus and you blow back up in a few weeks! Probably even better than ever? Thatās what happened with me and Colossus after the first lockdown, despite the fact that I was eating like a pig, never sleeping + alcool (and sometimes drugs) 4x a week. Now I live a like a monk, at bed at 9 pm, no alcool etc and I donāt feel Iām getting better at all ahahah
But yeah have faith, itāll get better in the long term I have no doubt about it! We can clearly see your shoulders and traps, the nice yoke. But itās normal, you did KB stuff: lots of clean etc
If youāre not doing lots of dips, arm works etc of course chest and arms will look flatter

Yeah well KFC is delicious and at least has proteins! A few days ago I was glancing at the advent calendar my sister bought me. Itās been here for days. All big 24 Toblerone chunks. I ripped it all and ate them all in one sitting.
Now Iām eating stricter but I donāt see much change. there is the dark zone when you feel getting flatter, smaller, but donāt see visual change. We have to push through it honestly you canāt fuck off your body in a week of vacation and a few cheats.

We all want to fill out the XXL shirt. The reality is most of us look more jacked in a medium.
Youāre doing so much cardio, though, you can probably have some more fun eating this holiday without getting fat and - bonus - justify it by saying youāre now thin enough itās gain weight time!
You could be at that point where youāve lost lots of fat so feel small but not so much that your abs are visible.

Took a time out from logging. Got back from Leeds on Thursday and have been spending more time with the family
Also put on about 4lbs as being lonely on hotel rooms brought the food demons back. Eating KFC and hotel food. Alongside cakey treats ![]()
