If you want a virtual training partner, Iāll be starting 531 Krypteia Redux Rhodes style in the new year. 3 days a week with heavy lifting, supersets and giant sets plus optional extra cardio.

Itās like Navy Seal training but older, fatter and uglier.
Itās a combo or weight vest work and kettlebell training, usually done circuit style from 531 forever.
