Good man. I’ve been re reading 531 Forever and the principles always light a fire up my ass.

If you want a virtual training partner, I’ll be starting 531 Krypteia Redux Rhodes style in the new year. 3 days a week with heavy lifting, supersets and giant sets plus optional extra cardio.

It’s like Navy Seal training but older, fatter and uglier.

It’s a combo or weight vest work and kettlebell training, usually done circuit style from 531 forever.
